Kay Fox
Principal Consultant
Kay is a fun, engaging and outgoing individual who loves life. Apart from HR, Kay seems to collect hobbies, whether that be interior decorating, golf, sourdough bread making, photography and the list goes on. The only problem is finding the time!
On a professional note Kay is a seasoned people and culture professional with more than 20 years HR experience gained in dynamic blue chip organisations and more recently with small businesses.
Kay’s experience spans an array of different industries including Government, agriculture, infrastructure, financial services and FMCG.
Kay has deep experience across the full spectrum of the employment lifecycle and can operate from the strategic to the functional. Kay offers high quality pragmatic solutions grounded in simplicity. She has strong commercial acumen with a focus on design and implementation.
Kay holds an Advanced Diploma in Human Resources; DiSC Facilitation Accreditation, and is a member of the Australian HR Institute and Business Orange.
